You don't get the product or the real product!
I get my money back from Paypal!
They didnt send me the t-shirts and they use the name of artist merchandise and don't send it! You will get a cheap copy poster of monsters!

As soon as I have put an order and made a mistake I wanted to cancel my order.. Immediately send an email saying that I want to cancel and get a refund.
The only answer is too late our order is ready... And can't get a refund, unless you wait for the package, return it... Too difficult and long process. I will not recommande this company

Prices are stated in euros, but be careful as you'll be charged in dollars. Resulting in extra costs from your bank.
It's also complicated to cancel an order. I have tried to cancel my order, less than 1 minute after finalizing it, as I realized I would have to face extra custom duties. (which is misleading up until you receive the confirmation email).
Their answer was that it was too late and my order was already packaged and on its way. Literally 1 minute after ordering it... They have tried their best to make it work by refunding the item — but shipping costs were still due.

Be careful with purchases from this supplier. Firstly, the goods may be dispatched from the US - in which case, you may then receive a VAT bill for importation of goods - with hefty admin fee on top.
Secondly, if you try to return an item, track its return as it is mysteriously never located. Plenty of emails are sent by customer services proclaiming to help but there's no substance to this. Needless to say, no refund will then be given. Very disappointing service.

More than 10 working days have passed, but the delivery did not take place.
If you can't deliver, please return the money!

I received my vinyl record four days passed the estimated arrival date; and upon delivery the actual sleeve for the vinyl was ripped on all sides.

Got my T shirt in a timely manner even with covid going on. Iam a big Manson fan so Iam always looking for merch from him especially.

You cancelled my order with no explanation, yet did not refund it. I have been waiting for over a month on a refund for the 2 items cancelled. This is TOTALLY not acceptable. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I ordered an album from them on July 8th, my mistake was seeing all the bad reviews after I purchased it, I was kinda scared that my package wouldn't come. But I received my tracking number and everything was going okay, but they chose a service that when my package arrives in my country I don't get any more info until it arrives at my address. Well I got the notification that it already arrived to where I live on July 20th, on August 1st I got a notification that it went back to the US. I contacted them today and they said that the album wasn't available any more, which is weird... since I got the full tracking and everything seemed okay. But like I said I contacted them and they told me that I would get a refund in 5 to 10 business days. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars if because they could've told the album wasn't available (because when I bought it, it was). Also a quick thing, before I knew what kind of service they chose, I contacted my local postal and they told me that the tracking they gave me it's one that you can't track it fully, it's like when you order from Aliexpress or Wish and they told me that it probably came from Macau. Which made me question... Are they selling original merchandise? Or "dupes" or fakes?
Uptade: I got refunded today, so 2 days after they told me that they are going to refund me.
Remembering that they said it would take 5 to 10 business days.
Update: So I'm changing from a 4 star to 1 star because yes I got my refund, but still I got a letter from my postal local office saying that my package is in costums waiting to be paid. I tought okay I provided them for the documentation, and I contacted Merchbar and they said "Oh it was a mistake but if you want we will charge you and if you don't want you will have to send back to us and pay for the shipping that has tracking" Like??? So I contacted my postal local office saying "Look I don't want that package, and they said that will be automatically send back to them"
So they were going to make pay for something that can easily go back to them.
Bad company. The costumer service is actually good, they responded to me quickly and they were nice, but this whole situation is bad they are bad and plus the products are not even original they are fake.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I’ve placed an order on June 6th, it is now August 4th and I still haven’t received my order!!!!!!!!! I’ve contact them numerous times, and they keep avoiding my questions. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from them. I start thinking it’s a scam.
